Eight of England’s Lionesses have made the 23-player shortlist for the 2023 women’s Fifa Fifpro World 11.
In the men’s category, eight of Manchester City’s Treble winning side have been included among the nominees.
The Fifa Fifpro World 11 award is voted for solely by fellow professional footballers.
Earps, the Golden Glove winner at the Women’s World Cup last summer, is joined on the shortlist by international team-mates Lucy Bronze, Alex Greenwood, Georgia Stanway, Ella Toone, Keira Walsh, Lauren James and Alessia Russo.
Chelsea forward James and Arsenal forward Russo – who previously played for Manchester United – both scored three goals during the World Cup in Australia and New Zealand as England reached the final for the first time.
Barcelona defender Bronze is nominated along with six of her team-mates, including midfielder Aitana Bonmati, who lifted the World Cup with Spain and won her maiden Women’s Ballon d’Or in October.
Norway striker Erling Haaland features on the men’s shortlist along with Manchester City team-mates Bernardo Silva, Rodri, Kevin De Bruyne, Kyle Walker, John Stones, Ruben Dias and Ederson.
Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk and Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez are also on the list as well as England captain Harry Kane, who joined Bayern Munich from Tottenham in August.
Eight-time men’s Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi, Paris St-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe and England midfielder Jude Bellingham, who signed for Real Madrid from Borussia Dortmund in June, are also among the finalists.
World governing body Fifa and global players’ union Fifpro will announce both teams on Monday, 15 January, during the ceremony for the Best Fifa Football Awards in London.
The women’s award is for performances from 1 August 2022 to 20 August 2023, while the men’s is between 19 December 2022 to 20 August 2023.
