BBC Three! IT’S JUST YOU AND MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

IMPORTANT NOTE: This video will not include EVERY single variant. I decided to add my favorite variants, including variants included in other logo histories on BBC Three, because if I added every variant, then it would be unwatchable.

Not so long ago, BBC celebrated its centenary. I decided to do logo histories on the main BBC channels (BBC One, Two, Three, and Four). I might do a logo history on CBBC in the foreseeable future. Ladies and gentlemen, BBC Three.

BBC Choice was a British digital television channel that was owned by the BBC and was launched on 23rd September 1998. It was the first British TV channel to broadcast exclusively in digital format, as well as the BBC’s second non-analog-terrestrial channel launch (following on from the BBC News channel in 1997).
BBC Choice was replaced by BBC Three on 9th February 2003, with programs targeting 16 to 34-year-olds, covering all genres including animation, comedy, current affairs, and drama series.

In 2016, BBC Three closed down its television channel and was replaced by an online-only BBC Three streaming channel. In 2019, BBC Three returned to broadcast television in the form of a late-night strand on BBC One on Monday to Wednesday nights since 4 March 2019. On 2 March 2021, the BBC confirmed that it planned to relaunch BBC Three’s linear television channel in 2022 subject to regulatory approval, and the channel officially relaunched on 1st February 2022.

Memorable shows that aired on BBC Three include RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, Little Britain, and Little Miss Jocelyn.

My next logo history will be on BBC Four, which will include BBC Knowledge.

This video was released for educational purposes only.
