Durham legend Graham Onions has been appointed the club’s new lead bowling coach.
The 41-year-old, who has been bowling coach at Lancashire since 2021, will return to the Chester-le-Street side in January.
The former England pace bowler took 527 wickets in 14 years for Durham.
“I am really looking forward to working with a talented group of players and also the opportunity to develop my own coaching,” he told the club website.
