Northampton Saints have made six changes to their side for Friday’s Champions Cup game against Toulon.
Full-back George Furbank continues his role as captain and is joined by wing Tom Seabrook and centre Tom Litchfield in the backs.
Props Ethan Waller and Trevor Davison come into the front row and Fijian lock Temo Mayanavanua marks his first start.
Flanker Tom Pearson, who made his England debut against Wales in August, replaces Angus Scott-Young.
The Saints started their Pool 3 campaign with an impressive 28-19 victory over Glasgow last Friday while Toulon, who have former Saints lock David Ribbans in their starting XV, suffered a late defeat by Exeter following Henry Slade’s injury-time conversion.
Fly-half Fin Smith, who kicked 13 points against Glasgow, combines with half-back partner Alex Mitchell for the fourth time this season.
On loan Edinburgh Rugby fly-half Charlie Savala could make his Saints debut from the bench.
Toulon retain Scotland scrum-half Ben White and England hooker Jack Singleton from their late defeat by Exeter and there is a first Champions Cup start for New Zealand wing Leicester Fainga’anuku, who joined the French side after the World Cup in France.
Northampton also face Munster and Bayonne in Pool 3, with Toulon still to face Munster and Glasgow.
