Marathon runner Mary Ngugi was inspired by the murder of her former team-mate, Agnes Tirop, to open up an all-girls running camp in Kenya.

Nala Track Club aims to provide an environment free of harassment and misogyny – with Mary taking on the role of mentor for the girls she likens to “lionesses”.
