Hakan Calhanoglu put the visitors ahead with a fantastic first-time strike from 25 yards.
Nicolo Barella slotted home after some excellent footwork in the box and Marcus Thuram netted from Juan Cuadrado’s low drive across the box.
Napoli, who appointed Walter Mazzarri as manager last month, drop down to fifth in the table.
They are 11 points behind Simone Inzaghi’s side and have already lost as many Serie A games as they did last season – four.
Juventus had gone top on Friday thanks to a 2-1 victory at Monza and now sit two points off Inter.
