Ellis Genge led Leicester’s second-half comeback with two tries as they edged out bottom club Worcester.
Warriors looked set for their first on-field Premiership win since November, leading 14-6 at half-time with tries from Jamie Shillcock and Ted Hill.
But hooker Niall Annett was sin-binned and Tigers prop Genge capitalised by scoring twice to edge his side ahead.
Shillcock missed a chance to win it late on for the Warriors, putting a penalty wide.
Worcester began strongly, piling pressure on the Tigers’ defence, and they took the lead in the fourth minute, with the ball moved wide quickly for Shillcock to go over before adding the conversion.
Zack Henry slotted a 40-metre penalty to get Leicester on the scoresheet but the full-back’s kicking was wayward overall, with three of his six attempts off target.
Warriors turned around on a high after captain Hill charged through a break in the line and crashed over, with Shillcock’s conversion stretching their lead to eight points.
But Annett was sent to the sin bin for a foul at the maul soon after the restart and Leicester immediately took advantage, with Genge crossing the line following a quick tap.
Although Worcester preserved their lead until Annett’s return, the pressure told and Genge went over again just before the hour mark to put the visitors ahead for the first time with a converted score.
Shillcock could have regained the advantage after Leicester were penalised for offside with 10 minutes remaining, but screwed his kick left of the posts.
