Britain’s Jack Draper continued his good run of form with victory in the quarter-finals of the Sofia Open.
The 21-year-old world number 81 swept past Cem Ilkel, ranked 259, from Turkey 6-2 6-2.
Draper, who won last week’s ATP Challenger Tour event in Bergamo, Italy, defeated Italian top seed Lorenzo Musetti in the last 16 on Wednesday.
He will face third seed Jan-Lennard Struff from Germany in the last four.
Victory in his seventh tour-level quarter-final took Draper through to the third ATP Tour semi-final of his career.
Continuing his fine form after clinching his fifth Challenger Tour title in Bergamo, Draper moved a step closer to a shot at a first tour-level title with an efficient 75-minute win over wildcard Ilkel.
The Briton, who will represent his nation at the Davis Cup later in November, did not face a break point as he wrapped up a straight-set win with a double break of serve in both sets.
