Holders Arsenal will play second tier London City Lionesses in the Women’s League Cup quarter-finals.
Arsenal, who have won the competition six times, are away to Lionesses who are third-bottom of the Championship.
Women’s Super League champions Chelsea will host Sunderland, who reached the last eight after being awarded victory in their final group game when Aston Villa fielded an ineligible player.
Villa will travel to Brighton, while Tottenham host Manchester City.
The final will be played at Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Molineux stadium on Sunday, 31 March (15:00 GMT) and will be broadcast live on the BBC.
The quarter-final ties will be played on 8 and 9 February.
The five group-stage winners and two best runners-up (decided on points per game) join Chelsea, who received a bye to the quarter-finals due to their Champions League participation.
Villa are among the quarter-finalists despite fielding an ineligible player in their final group game.
Carla Ward’s side beat Sunderland 7-0 but forfeited the result as cup-tied defender Noelle Maritz – who had played in the competition this season for Arsenal before joining Villa on loan – came on at half-time.
Sunderland were awarded the win and went through as group winners – but Villa still progressed as one of the best runners-up after being permitted to keep their place in the competition.
Manchester United, who had been one of the best second-placed sides, were eliminated as a result because their goal difference was worse than Villa.
