Labour leader Keir Starmer says that anyone choosing the option of voting against the Brexit treaty ‘knows that there is no time to re-negotiate’.
Although describing the treaty as a ‘thin deal’, the Labour leader indicated that he would vote in favour of it rather than risk no deal, because he wanted ‘Britain to be an outward-looking, optimistic and rules-based country’ that ‘does deals, signs treaties and abides by them’.
