Delete your Tehuty account

This applies to your Global Empire ID used across Tehuty, Tehuty Quest and Tehuty apps, operated by Global Empire Group Ltd.

How to delete

  1. Sign in at tehuty.com or in the app.
  2. If you have Tehuty One, cancel the membership first.
  3. Open Account, go to “Delete account”, type DELETE and confirm.

Can't sign in? Email privacy@tehuty.com from your account's email address and we will verify and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, profile, AI conversations and projects, documents, mail, calendar, music and games libraries, podcasts, studio projects, collections and uploaded files. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is kept

  • Payment, subscription and invoice records (up to 6 years, UK tax law)
  • Advertising billing records
  • Security and audit logs (up to 12 months)

Search history and bookmarks are stored only on your device; clear them in your browser or app. See our Privacy Policy.
