Privacy Policy

Tehuty is operated by Global Empire Group Ltd, a company in the United Kingdom, which is the data controller. Contact: privacy@tehuty.com.

• Account (Global Empire ID): email address, display name, password (stored hashed), optional authenticator setup and sign-in records.
• Search: the queries you send are processed to return results. Search history and bookmarks stay on your device. We keep anonymous counts (category, provider, cache use) to manage cost, not linked to your account.
• Content you create: AI conversations and projects, documents, mail drafts and messages, calendar events, music and games libraries, podcast subscriptions, studio projects and files you upload.
• Payments: membership status and billing records. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type and error logs, used for security and to keep the service working.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your searches to build advertising profiles.

To provide the services you request (contract); to keep accounts and payments secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests); to meet tax and legal duties (legal obligation); and, where asked, for optional features (consent, which you can withdraw).

Hosting, database and file storage (Lovable Cloud, Cloudflare R2); search providers (Brave, Serper, Tavily, Firecrawl) receive search queries only; AI model providers receive the prompts you send to Tehuty AI; Stripe for payments; Google Maps, Spotify, YouTube and Audius only when you use those features. Some providers are outside the UK; transfers use UK-approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Addendum.

Your content is kept until you delete it or your account. When an account is deleted we erase its content and files. We keep only:

• Payment, subscription and invoice records (up to 6 years, UK tax law)
• Advertising billing records
• Security and audit logs (up to 12 months)

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the account owner by database rules, and you can turn on two-step verification in your account.

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export or erase your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email privacy@tehuty.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

You can delete your account and data at any time from your account page, or follow the steps on our account deletion page.

Tehuty accounts are not intended for children under 13.
